Welfare is the Law
Militia is the Executor

Analysis of the corporate usurpation of governance and the restoration of the biblical militia model.

01

The Sovereignty of the Family: First Dominion on Earth

God's Corporation—His eternal Family—was established before time, rooted in the divine order of Father, Son, and Spirit. It is the original institution: not chartered by man, but decreed by Heaven.

All earthly systems—corporations, kingdoms, enclaves—rise and fall under its shadow. Their charters are dust. Their power, borrowed.

For the earth is the Lord's (Ps. 24:1). The family of God stands forever (Eph. 3:15). We are not heirs of contracts, but of covenant— born not of blood, but of Spirit (John 1:13).

This is the first and final dominion. All others are void.

Mans Corporatocracy: Today, global corporate power often functions as a de facto governing force, shaping policy, controlling resources, and influencing nations through financial leverage, lobbying, and false ownership. The WTO and IMF enforce policies that serve multinational power, not nations or families. They impose economic decrees—privatization, austerity, deregulation—on sovereign states, undermining self-rule and local order. The pater families, once the root of social dominion, is eroded by systems that replace kinship with contract, loyalty with liquidity. These institutions do not uphold the family. They dissolve it—substituting divine hierarchy with global finance. Their authority is not from above. It is imposed from outside.
Null and void before the Kingdom.

Man made system contrasts sharply with the biblical militia model: decentralized, family-based, and led by elders—raised only when needed (Deut 20).

God forbade Israel from establishing a standing army (Deut 17:16) because it centralized power, bred reliance on human strength, and mirrored Egypt and Assyria—kingdoms built on coercion, not covenant.

In Ezekiel 37, the "vast living army" is not a mere standing force of soldiers, but a resurrected host—brought from death to life by the breath of God. They stand not by human strength, but by divine command, clothed in purpose, power, and the Spirit.

A standing army implies readiness in form only—armed, assembled, but still in the world's order. But the vast living army has been raised from the grave, transformed—no longer dead in sin, but alive in the Spirit (Ezek. 37:14). They do not merely defend; they declare the victory of God.

They are not conscripted—they are called forth by name. Not organized by man—mobilized by the wind of God. This is not revival of a nation, but resurrection of the dead into eternal service.

It is the Kingdom of God, standing—not in power of this world, but in the power of the age to come.

Man's Precedent:

Charters rise by crown, sword, and contract—
East India Company, city-states, capital zones—
all built on ledgers, lawless order, human decree.
Their power, fleeting. Their rule, self-ordained.

God's Precedent:

Carta Christi—the Charter of the Anointed—predates all man-made charters. He holds the Key of David (Rev. 3:7),the keys of Death and Hades (Rev. 1:18). Before kings, before nations, before law—He reigns. Not by election, not by seal, they are His to give. And to the faithful, He says: but by eternal right. His Kingdom is not of this world (John 18:36).It stands. All else falls.

"When Nimrod's tower, Caesar's empire, and Herod's throne are replaced by corporate dominion, the true ekklesia must return to the ancient path."

02

Saul's Tyranny: The First Forced Tax

In 1 Samuel 8, the people demand a king to "judge us like all the nations." God warns them through Samuel: the king will take your sons, your daughters, your fields, and your flocks.

State Confiscation

This is not tithing. "He will take the tenth of your grain and vineyards and give them to his officers."

The Falling Away

Unlike the voluntary tithe or census offering, Saul's system was coercive, centralized, and self-serving.

03

Covenant Militia and Higher Liberty

Higher liberty means freedom under God's law, not license. It is ordered liberty, where the welfare of the people is the supreme law (salus populi suprema lex), but not through state coercion.

The Biblical Model

  • Tithe: Supported Levites, strangers, orphans, and widows (Deut 14:28–29).
  • Gleaning laws: Protected the poor (Lev 19:9–10).
  • Jubilee: Restored land to families every 50 years (Lev 25:10).

Modern Welfare Contrast

  • Takes from neighbor (through taxation).
  • Borrows from unborn generations (national debt).
  • Creates dependency, turning citizens into idolaters of the state.

The True System

The covenant militia is not a military force, but a community of free men, bound by oath, under Christ, structured in tens, fifties, hundreds (Ex 18:21).

Christi Dominium

Ekklesia

Greek: ἐκκλησία

The ekklesia is not a gathering—it is a deployment.
Called out (ek-kaleo) not for meetings, but for dominion.
In ancient Athens, ekklesia decided war and law.
In Scripture, it is God's war-room—the council of the King.
This is no religious institution.
It is the legal assembly of the Firstborn, seated with Christ in heavenly places (Eph. 2:6).
When the ekklesia gathers, principalities tremble—not because of noise, but because of authority.

It was never a building or institution, but a living brotherhood—scattered yet unified, persecuted yet advancing.

Exousia

Thus sayeth The LORD

Jesus said, "I will build My ekklesia—and the gates of Hades will not prevail."
Gates don't attack. They defend.
This is offensive warfare.
The ekklesia advances—hell retreats.
Not a church.
A command center.
Not a program.
A prosecution.
The pater leads his house.

The family stands. This is Nikitia: The family, armed, called, and commissioned.

Jurisdiction: the legal right to rule, decide, or act.
Christ has all exousia in heaven and earth (Matt 28:18)—given by the Father.
We hold exousia as children of God (John 1:12), to trample darkness (Luke 10:19), and to judge the world (1 Cor 6:2).
All human authority—governments, institutions, powers—is derived.
Only Christ's exousia is absolute. This is Nikitia:
His is the Kingdom, the Authority, the Power—now and forever.

05

Christi Militia

A Latin term meaning the Church Militant, denoting the community of faithful believers on earth engaged in spiritual warfare against the powers of darkness. The Vatican's claim to the Ecclesia Militans and the keys to Peter is a usurpation- a locking of the Kingdom behind hierarchy, wealth, and power.

We declare: We are the Christi Militia, not subjects, but holders of the true keys, entrusted by Christ Himself to unlock the kingdom through Welfare, Mercy, and Truth.

Where Rome binds, we loose. Where Rome excludes, we gather. Where Rome rules, we serve- and in serving, Reign. We set the captives free (Isa 61:1) We reverse the betrayal: No longer shall man made law (contrace) replace the Carta Christi. No longer shall the poor be tested for worthiness- we feed them, and in doing so, Judge The World.

  • Unlike modern armies, this militia is not of the world, but a living brotherhood under Christ.
  • Structured in hearths (families) and units of tens, fifties, hundreds, and thousands (Ex 18:21).
  • Echoes the ancient Israelite muster and the Roman citizen-soldier who defended res publica.
06

Faith Not Sword

The early Church's witness was not of the sword, but of faith, love, and martyrdom.

Jesus disarmed Peter (John 18:11), declaring His kingdom "is not of this world." The apostles refused violence, choosing to "love enemies."

"We have changed our swords into plowshares… now we cultivate the fear of God." — Justin Martyr (c. 150 AD)

This was not passive weakness, but active spiritual warfare. The Church advanced not by conquest, but by witness. "The Kingdom of God is taken by force, and the violent bear it away." (Matt 11:12)

We are the force. We are the violence of love. We are the Judgment. We Proclaim: The keys are no longer in Rome. They are in our hands. The Kingdom is open. And the Final Word is Nikitia- the Victor.

07

The Roman Parallel

The overthrow of the Tarquins was led not by a standing army, but by patrician clans and citizen-soldiers united by oaths.

The early Roman Republic relied on citizen militias mustered by family and tribe—not mercenaries. Leadership came from elders and consuls, power was checked and temporary.

"Resistance Without the State"

When Rome fell, it was not the legions that preserved order, but local coloni, monasteries, and kin-based communities—the true remnant.

08

Abraham's 318

Genesis 14:14 states Abraham led "the 318 trained men born in his household." These were not a standing army, but household-born servants (ḥănîkîm)—trained, loyal members of the covenant community.

This force reflects an ancient patriarchal militia model: temporary, decentralized, and household-centered.

09

The Tale of Two Chapters

Romans 13

Divine Sovereignty

Often cited to demand submission. However, some interpretations view this as divine sovereignty over evil structures. Submission is not allegiance, but nonviolent endurance under broken systems.

Revelation 13

The Beast

Exposes the state as the Beast, empowered by Satan, demanding worship. It symbolizes empire as anti-Christ.

"When human law contradicts divine command, obedience to Christ becomes resistance."

The Charter of Christ reigns now and forever—
His throne eternal (Luke 1:33),
His kingdom without end (Isa. 9:7).

He holds the Key of David (Rev. 3:7),
the keys of Death and Hades (Rev. 1:18).
Not by human decree, but divine right,
He rules over all.

The Family of God stands—
not built by hands, not bound by time.
We are sons, heirs, co-reigners with Christ (Rom. 8:17).

His reign is not delayed.
It is now.
And forever.

Nikitia

Christ The Victor

Christ Nikitia—the Victorious One—reigns not by throne, but by welfare as dominion. He who feeds the hungry, clothes the naked, shelters the outcast—he holds the crown.

The Christi Militia does not seize power—we embody the victory already won at the Cross.
